The refurbished IBM notebook comes from resellers as opposed to IBM itself, but are certified by IBM, come more professional grade, and can be purchased in bulk for even greater savings. Another option for business refurbished notebooks is the HP notebook. HP also offers computers via resellers, and offers special discounts for HP notebook buyers who buy their refurbished notebooks for small businesses through HP.
One important thing to remember about buying a repaired laptop notebook is that all refurbished notebooks are, at best, gently used and won't have the lifespan of a new computer.
